Great wines! Neat place with some great history. Very nice staff. Would have given 5 stars but I paid for a wine tasting, then a lady came in and got tastings for free of the wines she wanted. Had I known that I would have done the same thing, picked out some wine to buy, then had free tastings.

Come to this winery every year. Brownsville is lovely and so enjoy sitting on the deck and enjoying their wine.

This is one of my wife and I's favorite wineries to visit when we're either headed north on I-29 towards Council Bluffs, or south towards Kansas City. Whiskey Run Creek is only about a 10 minute detour west (off the interstate) located across the Brownville Bridge into Nebraska. They have numerous sweet, semi-sweet, and dry options to choose from and they're always friendly and attentive towards their customers offering suggestions and just overall excellent service. So, if you're ever in this area and enjoy wine, do yourself a favor and go support this wonderful local business!
