Ya know I really don’t like to leave a negative feedback but if I owned this DQ I’d want to know. We stopped for a blizzard and cones- they were good. My concern is the employees disrespect for customers who choose to eat inside. They were loud and obnoxious. There were 2 people continually walking back and forth from the front counter back to the kitchen just filthy clothes clearly not workers on the clock. My advice to the owner- get a grip on your business!!

Very rude managers came in for a meal and ice cream with family called the owner about the problem with the manager asking me to not be a problem with someone who was with me that use to be a old worker here very pathetic. Management and the owner needs to take care of customers first. Never coming back

This is the worst dq I have ever been to. Always slow service. Everything I've ever purchased has been messed up in one way or another. Currently right now. I have been waiting in drive thru for 18 minutes. Still haven't made it to the window. If you just have to go to dq I recommend going to Belleville ks. I never have problems there. Edit: 4 years later and they have only gotten worse. Simple cheeseburger can't even be made right. Good job Lowell.
