Got treated like garbage by another airline today (not to name names but it's an airline that starts with Amer....) made me realize how much I appreciate southwest. Never had a bad experience, the staff are always helpful friendly and polite even if the situation is something they cannot help with. My parents don't speak English very fluently and they never have any problem flying southwest, because the staff are always understanding and patient. Thank you southwest staff, I really really appreciate your amazing work.

So easy at this Airport. Always traffic but that's just the norm at any Airport. Plenty of parking and the elevators and escalators are very helpful. Seems to be a very friendly atmosphere here and the employees are great.

I have given feedback to Southwest directly as a Business Select passenger. However, I have never hear back from them. I decided to give my review on Google, as people follow me and already have 19 million people that view my reviews. I am upset..... Southwest does nothing for me or other business select passengers for all the money we spend. First my compliments.... Crew is always great and I never have a complaint... They go above and beyond with the circumstances that they have to deal with. Some of them deserve the purple heart. The complaint goes out to corporate and their operations and rewards program. You get nothing for business select. No assign seating for paying more. Don't even think your going to get the front row. No perks on board.... People faking illness to get on first , then walk out of the plane like they are going to miss their last supper at the buffet. I feel sorry for the flight attendants having to tell passengers that simple supplies like snacks and drinks are not available. Even with business select you could not use these cheap drink voucher. You can't even find them on past flight details with your app. Show me online where I can get a past drink voucher that I can redeem them finally? I have a few! I am mad too spend more money and on the end, end up in row 6 next to party animals that paid 50% less or have a 2 year old climbing over everyone. Don't get me wrong.. I love kids! I have my own, but I don't pay business prices to sit in a cattle car. I took a flight a couple of months ago and got the front seat.. wow finally. Had to sit next to teenager that moved up from the back because they came from FLL and they didn't have to get off the plane in Austin. They moved up and were just loud and playing around. Like I said.. you pay for business on other airlines and get that atmosphere and perks. Not with southwest. The flight attendants are taking the hits for corporate unorganized procedures. My heart breaks for them having to deal with upset passengers. Corporate needs to put on uniforms and do 12 hour days like your Crew. Deal with a mean Las Vegas Flight or passengers being delayed. Corporate seems to be making rules, but they need to wear these Flight Attendants shoes. Switch with them. Only then will you listen to your passengers concerns. I take Southwest due to the nonstop flights were I have to go. But this is getting ridiculous. So sad..

Go to the Southwest counter by the baggage claim area
Yes, but check inside line may be shorter.... maybe....
Flew multiple flights in past month. One way had significant disruptive delays, partially weather, partially, I believe, lack of planning by airline. Return was on time and much better. Friendly crews both directions.
Just a driver's license or ID to travel.
As far as I know, your only requirement is a photo I.D., proof of vaccination or negative covid test, and a mask. .
Yes
You just need all the information of the person flighing
You may need to pay if you don't have status. It's best to check the gate instead of the counter
Basic Rules. Many airlines allow you to take a walking stick onto the plane, and it won't be considered your one allowable piece of carry-on luggage. A walking stick, like a cane or a pair of crutches, falls under the category of a mobility device.
License is good for now. But as of October of 2020 the you will have to have your "Real" ID or drivers license
You can also cancel your flight and hold the fare for another flight at another time. Do not simply "miss" the flight; you will be charged and likely not recover your fare.
Go online and check the Southwest Airlines website
Yes you can, and from what observed they get first boarding privileges and they do there best to assure they are taken care of before the gaggle of people roll on board...
2 free bags, pick your seat free, best airlines ever! I always fly Southwest airlines 😁
