Horrible customer service, out of date policies that make work harder. After two days of driving my cargo around, they still can't deliver with the excuse that is not waranteed.

Have called them 6 times to schedule the delivery, no answer, they just reject the call.

They have had my stuff for weeks now saying it was shipping soon. This morning they say oh you will get a phone call later to set up a delivery time. I am on the phone with you lets do it now. This company is a joke do not use them. Use R and L or anyone else.

I had a shipment that was handled by this company around the Christmas holiday. Despite being a busy time of the year with many challenges I was able to get my product in a timely manner. At first I had issues trying to schedule the delivery, but I was fortunate to speak directly with terminal manager Ray Barnes. He rapidly was able to locate the shipment, get it unloaded and put on a truck to be delivered the next morning. This man went above and beyond, he even gave me his cell phone number and texted me that morning to confirm that the driver was on the way. SAIA LTL Freight was able deliver and Ray was the key piece that was able to put it all together. Outstanding job, highly satisfied customer. Highly recommend.
