There is a B &B about a 15 minute drive from Nelson's. It is small ( maybe 4 rooms- ) , however. It is the Attwood House B&B in Randolf, KS. Otherwise, Manhattan.....Also, check KSU activities for the weekend of your event. If it is a busy KSU weekend ( such as graduation or a football game) Manhattan hotels and nearby area hotels will be booked months in advance.
Don't know about an air b&b but there is a very nice regular B& B about 15 minutes from the Farm ...
The B&B is The Attwood House Bed and Breakfast , 201 N 2nd St, Randolf, Ks 66554. 785-317-6322 Cost is somewhere in the range if $85-95. It is an easy from to/ from Nelson Family Farm. There is a city park right across the street
