I love Ideal baby! I just drove from Fort Lauderdale to buy a going home outfit for my third daughter. All of my girls have gone home in outfits from ideal baby. The customer service and selection of knit baby clothing can not be matched. They also have all the best baby items. I’ve bought my stroller, car seat and high chair there in the past.

This place is a hidden gem! CUSTOMER SERVICE! COSTUMER SERVICE! CUSTOMER SERVICE! From the minute me and my wife walked in. we were greeted by the staff. Store was not crowded and service was the best. Spent over an hr with the Carlos "the stroller guy" (not sure if that's his real name lol) but he showed us all the models, pros and cons of each and demoed each of them opening and folding them. GUY KNOWS HIS STROLLERS! I cannot explain how great shopping was here. Do yourself a favor skip buy buy baby and head here you won't regret it! And ask for Carlos!

Talk about horrible customer service. We went in to see a crib set, the owners son agreed to include the changing pad in the price. Went back the day we said to pick it up and the sales associate was rude and combative. What kind of service is this. Especially arguing with a customer and a pregnant lady. That's not cool. It had nothing to do with the cost but everything to do with principal. You dont treat customers this way. Especially not when we drove this car for a crib.

I was looking for a specific item today, I called many baby stores only to find rude and difficult sales people on the other end. Then I finally called Ideal Baby in Doral (boy I wish I called here first). I spoke with Yesenia on the phone... she was polite and efficient, she held the item I was looking for, for me. When I arrived in the store, she greeted me with a big smile and was very accommodating during my visit. George was also quite helpful, in fact the whole team was very attentive and warm. I wil definitely return to this store for all my baby needs! Thanks again
