Mercedes-Benz of Delray truly has a customer centric culture and Stacie exhibited this culture with highly personalized, professional service that are worth 5 stars during my recent visit. She took the time and exercised patience and active listening. At no time did I feel rushed or like just another customer. Additionally, the service crew did an impeccably excellent job to my vehicle. Keep up the good work, Mercedes!

I was at Service A, with Mercedes-Benz of Delray, my technician Shawn was amazing! He was so kind, and welcoming. The service center itself, is a bit old, however the personnel compensated for that greatly! It’s a wonderful place and has again, amazing service. After the service, I received my car with clean polished wheels, the exterior was also washed and dried. I definitely recommend coming to Mercedes-Benz of Delray!

Two months after yearly servicing, two months after the extended warranty had run out, we took our car in to have a small plastic part in the roof replaced. We were told we had to have 2 of them changed because they go together (the other side was fine). For over $1000. We then got a call from our service representative. After an inspection it seems that the car now needed over $6000 worth of work. Remember, this is 2 months after service, 2 months after the warranty had expired. Apparently it needed a battery, brake fluid flush, 4 tires, engine mounts were broken. $6000. This was not picked up during servicing 2 months prior? When it was under a comprehensive warranty? Or the year before? We did not authorize this service. When we picked up the car we saw written on the invoice, "customer requests 4 point inspection." We did not request this. My family was in the automotive parts business (TRW VP) and an uncle owned a high end car dealership. I know how things work, and I know how they should not. We will never go to this dealership again. We will not buy our next car from them. We live in an area with a predominance of Mercedes and high end cars. We will tell everyone we know about this experience. Update: the General Manager responded that he was deeply disturbed by our experience. He left his number, which turned out to be the general number of the dealership (phone tree). I called it, asked for the General Manager. I was told he was out, but would I like to leave a message for one of the other managers to call me back? Sure, I said, and left my number. 4 days later, no call, no message. Apparently no one is profoundly distressed. Bad goes to worse. I really hate to be manipulated.

My first visit to Mercedes of Delray for my first service on my C300. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I waited for the car and was told it would take an hour to hour and a half. I waited for two and a half hours. I purchased the car in Massachusetts at Springfield Mercedes, they offer pick up and delivery for no cost. I have a home in West Palm Beach but any dealers close by were booked for a month before I could come. Delray was a half hour and I was able to book within a week. When in the area I would definitely use Delray Mercedes again.
