This place is such a gem. If you are looking for the ultimate peace and quiet in a countryside setting, this is your place. The owners and their family members were all so friendly and welcoming. Impeccably clean and well maintained park-like setting with very large sites. Bonus: hiking trails at the back of the property. Double bonus: dog friendly. We absolutely loved our stay here.

We travel for Construction and have stayed at several place around the country for 1-2 years at a time. CountrySide RV here in CT is by far one of the best.. Jim and Linda are great and take care of the RV's and love the Veterans! This place is quite and so wonderful! Just today my site power post meter shorted and Jim jumped in his cart and we chaged out the meter socket and got my power back up on a sunday afternoon! Thanks to Jim!

Single males are not allowed to stay. I was turned away and my buddy too. We are 50 and 75 and 100% disabled veterans. Shame on that place for spreading more hate.

Where we were it was great. Site 78. I have heard it is bad at some sites there...
We are open from May to mid-October. If you are a seasonal guest, you may keep your camper on site during the off-season. However, you will be subject to property tax assessed by the Town of Griswold, and Countryside assumes no liability for any damages that may occur to your RV.
