I was refused service around 8 ;30 in the return department for my Amazon by a female supervisor who told me to stand aside as she helped the customer behind me with her Amazon return. I asked her why and she said she didn't have time to do my returns. January 26 2022. KUDOS to Kohl's for helping support the community. I love your store and the man who came out and assisted me was kind and gracious at the Amazon counter. God speed to the CEO for supportingrt to disabled veterans GOD speed

I don't have the answer to your question but I do have a take on it. I generally go to kohls for clothes. Middle of the road to discount price range. That's what this store is known for. A music box is very specific and isnt something I'd expect to find at kohls. Unless it was a clearance item left over from christmas maybe. In my uneducated opinion, I'd give it a 50% chance kohls has a music box for sale in store. As for 3 different music boxes? I'd go with 5% chance. And if you do find one, I believe it is highly unlikely it will be well made. You should shop around. Maybe try a few different antique shops. Find 3 that are made well and unique in their own way......just like the kids.
