I would recommend Valley fitness to all. Their facility has everything you need in a great location and their is even a sauna! I did personal training with Andre as well and he tailored everything to my needs and It was a very great experience. Valley fitness has an Incredibly nice owner who is very kind and professional and really cares about the needs of his members. I would recommend this gym to all.

Valley Fitness has the perfect mix of free weights, aerobic machines, resistance training machines, and fitness classes. It's a very spacious facility, so you never feel crowded in. Best of all, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I carefully checked out all the other area gyms and found Valley Fitness to clearly be a cut above the rest. None Better!
