I wish I could give zero stars. Please do not go to this location. This western dental in particular is insane. I moved and I got an exam at the location in Ocean side just now, after getting the same exam here a week ago. I was told at this office that I had NOTHING wrong with my teeth, no cavities, only needed to schedule a deep cleaning. I'm aware that my teeth are not in good condition, I have not been to the dentist in 2 years due to life in general, my mental health also makes it very hard for me to keep up with my oral hygiene. So I was very surprised to hear that I had nothing wrong. I just got told by the western dental in Oceanside that I have 10 cavities, and I also have to get a filling REPLACED because thus location did the filling WRONG. Do you feel good about lying to me about my teeth??? Either you are very bad at looking at X Ray's or you just wanted to quickly end your day because I was the last person to be seen. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Jose is simply the best! I had 2 crowns and a root canal today and Jose went out of his way to make me feel calm and comfortable. I also have to give props to Dr. Nguyen, as well! He is the best dentist I've been to - and always makes my dental visits pain free. Many thanks to both of these amazing professionals for making my dental appointments easy.

I've been on a periodontal maintenance teeth cleaning for years. I had to switch to Western Dental a couple years ago. Prior to Western Dental my periodontal maintenance procedure took over 30 minutes and the Hygentis was very thorough and explained what I needed to do. At Western Dental the Hygentis spends less than 10 MINUTES on the procedure and is always rushing and gives no feed back on the cleaning. I feel she isn't doing a thorough job and I'm getting cheated for what I'm paying for.

Went in for a deep cleaning today. My teeth look great. Everyone was professional and listened to my concerns. This location is clean and well staffed. I'm absolutely a scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist. But I felt comfortable and as relaxed as I could possibly feel.
