1. Very disorganized: they never know what your appointment is for when you check in. I had a night guard made that got lost after it arrived at the office and they had to remake it. They literally called me to tell me it had arrived and by the time I got there no one could find it or knew what I was talking about. 2. Short staffed: just because they give you an appointment doesn’t mean you’ll actually be seen. I had to reschedule my appointment to *pick up* the new night guard because they were so late getting to my appointment that I couldn’t wait any longer. My appointment was basically signing a paper and then being handed my night guard. A 5 min appointment. Today I spent 2 hours waiting for a check up only to be told the Dr was too busy to see me. I asked why they didn’t tell to me to leave sooner (I was in a dentist chair in a room) and they couldn’t tell me sooner because they were also too busy. 3 stars because the staff is very nice, and the night guard they made for me was a perfect fit.

Collection debt for western dental has reported me twice with the same amount as being owed doubling $3183 62 . Making it look like I owe on my credit report $6367.24. I call to request them in making it right. They refunded to make the report right. It doesn't matter when the work done past 7years broke and I had to pay another dentist to fix it. Instead of attempting to credit that failed work so I can work off remaining balance. The young lady transferred me to Allied Collection instead of my request to speak to her boss .make it right on my credit report or face small claims court for false information. All consumers be aware.

This team was very nice and professional! They were so helpful and their appointments are so quick no more than weeks. Always within days. Connie was amazing and very nice. The entire stuff was very nice.
