I enjoy shopping for firearm parts at thousand islands armory bob is knowledgeable on firearms and has a grate supply of AR parts he will not sell you inferior parts for your build and has everything to make you fire arms compliant some may say bob is a bit crass but that’s the no nonsense military man in him once you get to know him he will lead you in the right direction with your build and help you with any of your questions on build thank you for grate customer service and I will be doing businesses with you again

Absolutely rude as heck....was looking for a direction on what or where I should head and soon as he found out I was Canadian then the remarks came! There's no need for the rudeness I received when only asking for possible reasons I was having with my small caliber rifle! Couldn't imagine the respect that was lost from this experience!!!

Owner is strongly opinionated, and has no reservations bringing politics into a business transaction. I made my purchase, but have not been back since. There are more amicable local gun shops in the area. Originally inquired if he would handle a transfer, was reprimanded that I didn't check with him first. He quoted me the price of the rife and it was close enough that I agreed to make the purchase though him to support a local business. When trying to pick up the rifle he refused to allow the use of a credit card requiring that I pay in cash, this was not disclosed at anytime prior to me arriving to pickup my rife. This extended the purchase process another 2 business days due to ATM cash limits. After sales support was non-existent. I cannot recommend this shop.

Stopped for the first time to discuss options for my AR-15. Very helpful, installed accessories for free. Great prices which couldn't be beaten anywhere else. Great supply of items. I will only shop here in the future.
