Ken and Randy are very knowledgeable, helpful and assisted us in buying the right e-bike for our needs. They are really decent people who provided us with all the relevant information about using the bicycles, set up the rack on our car and showed my husband how to properly secure the e-bikes. Been going there for years, but today is the straw that broke the camels back. I'll not be heading back there again. I brought my bike in to Randy with a flat tire, second one in a handful of rides over the past 2-3 weeks. I was just there to pick the bike up, paid, and was going out to get my bike and noticed that the right pedal was gone. Just the threaded post was there, no clipless pedal anymore. I asked Ken what happened and of course he says I brought it in like that and the clipless pedal must be still stuck to my show. Seriously, as if I wouldn't notice that, especially after getting the flat, dismounting and walking a mile home...then loading the bike up and bringing it to the bike shop. Of course it's just he said, he said, but I am 99% sure that I had pedals when I went in. So, I'll just be taking my business elsewhere.
