Jacquez made my experience for my kids AMAZING!!! He assisted us in a timely matter. Took my concerns and adjusted. He was very observant and was a great listener. The area of this location was very clean and sanitized repeatedly. The play areas we’re always supervised by employees. They’re energy was awesome! I don’t know about any other location but this location ROCK!! I would recommend here any day!! Thank you again Jacquez!!! See you again soon:)

They just added a ninja course for 3 - 12 years olds. My friends and I are 11 - 12 so we could go but they said no bc we were too tall and there was no one in there. They let people that were too tall to go in and also the workers got to go in when they were all taller then the limit. The manager does not play fair and we need equal rules for all. They also almost scammed us because we bought 2 whole pizzas and they were about to not give us. Equal rules for all!

Hadn’t been here in 2 years since the start of the pandemic. It was a great place to take the kids for dodge ball back then, and now they have really buttoned it up!! Service at the front desk and cafe is friendly and helpful, the staff is attentive to safety and the experience overall was amazing. Same day, had to bring a kid to the unit in Doral and the contrast is starking. In Doral the front desk is confrontational, several of the staff around the unit just scrolling on their phones. No enforcement of even the most basic safety rules. Just mention this to say it made me appreciate what they have going at Cutler Bay all the much more.

Sky Zone is fun for the whole family! The staff is extremely kid- friendly and helpful! You will all have a blast!!
Skyzone rates are $15/ jumper for 1hr $19/jumper for 1hr and a half $23/jumper for 2hrs
