Pools for the most part are kept up, lakes are nice to relax at, pretty quiet most of the time. Nice development.

The so called "board" are a bunch of corrupt thieves who make up their own rules to extort residents and guests of their hard earned money. I dont understand how they get away with it so much without being sued or locked up. Don't live here. They charge an obscene amount for dues but don't maintain the community and don't plow when it snows. But of course their own homes look beautiful. The only thing they do is pay for new gates, that's it. They also will try to scam you out of money (500 dollars to be exact) even after you paid an unneccessary fine by blocking you from calling in passes. Then when you call them and ask them why they conveniently say it was a "mistake. We are sorry". No, you just got caught harassing innocent people. Enough with the games. They need to be removed and charged with fraud. Not a good place to live do not move here.

There isn't an exact date, unless you know what you would like to do. The dues letter comes out about now. If you pay the next year in advance they have offered a discount. If you pay all of it before February you would pay the going rate. They do offer a monthly payment plan however, you have to go and sign up for it. Let it be known that if you are behind in your dues they will yank your gate pass.
Minimum size is 1000 SF. No tiny houses, we tried. We bought the last Waterfront lot on the big lake. I'm pretty sure it was the only available. Not really any kind of docks. No motors of any kind.
Take it to the IML Clubhouse that's on Highridge road, 95 Highridge Road to be exact! There are dumpster there where you can put it. Don't put it in the dumpster if signs are posted and red tape is visible around the dumpsters though!
There are some limitations but I believe it is posted on the website. I also believe you can request a copy to be sent to you
With approved fire pits, you have to go to the clubhouse to get the list
