Customer service is lousy!!! I just needed to check my tire because I had a flat tire and they made me wait two hours for a single tire!!! unacceptable! I do not understand why they are looking for a job if they are not going to treat the client well? I never go back to that place NEVER

Purchased 4 tires with balance and alignment. Received a call that car service was finished but that the driver car handle was broken and in pieces. Manager denied any wrong doing; dealing with corporate office now.

I came to this location to get an alignment & a oil change on 03/03/22 & they did not check my tires nor did they do a tire rotation & still charged me for it. On 03/13/22 around 11:00AM my tire pressure light came on for my front driver side tire so I took my car back so they can re-check everything & do a tire rotation & put air in my tires. After checking everything again they realized my battery was leaking but my first visit I was never told about this because they never checked my battery. And they also did the alignment again & after I left I realized my steering wheel was not straight and before I got there it was. So I had to go back for a 3rd time, I got there around 4:40PM & they close at 5PM so the manager & the two employees there told me they cannot look at my car because I came to late after I was there all morning & they said my car was good to go & they also said I will have to leave my car overnight so they can check it in the morning & when I asked how will I get to work the manager told me to take an Uber. So after being there almost all day I had to leave my car there overnight so they can work on it in the morning. I will never ever come back to this company to do anything with my car again! Very unprofessional & the employees are very rude!

These people are frauds. So, a vehicle I purchased, some a couple weeks, was shaking on around 50 miles per hour. They told me to have the rack and opinion replace. Ok. Well it is still shaking, while driving. I took it back to my dealer today......and guess what?????? They told me that, the part never was replaced. That it was old. Really?????? My dealer said to me, ok get the part from a place and that they would put it on for free. Mmmmmm!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place. They just like messing around with your financial and mental compacity. Miss me......ya understannnnnn. They are fraud and like to play. Don't take your vehicle to this place, for as little as a tire rotation.
What happened? And I'm sorry to hear that u won't be visiting us again. Just a heads-up the weekend is our busiest days so appointment is better for quicker faster service
Yes. I'm pretty sure they have to re-certify every 3 or 5 years as well.
