The staff and Dr. Assad are absolutely amazing here!! We woke up on the 4th and noticed our kitty wasn’t do so well. Our regular vet was closed due to the holiday, and Johnstown was our closest option. The staff worked us into their schedules immediately. Once we got there, Dr. Assad took the best care of our Parker boy. He made sure to explain everything to us, that was causing the medical issues, and what our best plan of action for treatment. I cannot say enough good things about this office! They went above and beyond to help Parker, and us! Parker is still recovering, but we are so appreciative for all their help and services to get our boy back on track!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Mocha, Hazel and Jazzy have been inseparable over 10 years. They're all getting older but I know that johnstown vet will help me keep them together as long as possible. We took in all these strays after my husband passed, but we've been patients for over 30 years. I could not think of going anywhere else.

Johnstown vet has cared for all of my pets with compassion. Our Experience has been professional. They have provided excellent care. They take the time to explain all procedures and test. Dr. Assad has cared for Jezebel until the time that she went over the rainbow bridge. His compassion during that time was remarkable. Dr Hammer has cared for all four of our macaws since we have brought them home. Both of them take the time to ensure that you have the best means and education of caring for your pets. All of the office staff is very responsive to questions or concerns. They are highly recommend. Our newest addition a 10 week old bull mastiff will also be cared for by Johnstown vet Staff. We couldn’t have such beautiful animals that are healthy and loving without the assistance of Johnstown vet.

We have golden retrievers and they get skin allergies. They will listen and help with the allergies. If anything, it will be a second opinion and might be something else. But you'll be satisfied going there
