disgusting! i could NOT eat that and they got my order wrong. not only that but it took 45 mins to get my “food” while i watched everyone who got there after me receive their food. Never coming back to this nasty place again.

I will never go to this place again and it’s a shame because this was my husband and I favorite place to have dinner about 2 years ago when we lived closer. I got out late from work today and had no time to make dinner and my husband reminded me about three palms. I drove a little out of my way to give away my money. First I called to place the order over the phone and spoke to Jessica. I ordered Chicharon de pollo with white rice and black beans and a breaded palomilla steak with white rice, black beans and a side of platanitos Maduro. When I get there I noticed that the palomilla steak was not breaded it was grilled and the platanitos were missing so I told the lady the problem and she told me that they will fix it right away. After waiting 20 minutes the lady finally comes up to the front to tell me my order has be even fixed. She started putting it back in the bag when two people came from the back I’m guessing the kitchen and opened one of the containers and took out some platanitos that was put in the container with the palomilla steak. I asked what is going on and the lady tells me “oh they are taking out the extra platanitos because you ordered a side of them” I couldn’t believe my eyes. I asked for the manager but I was told she was busy and I couldn’t wait because I had to pick up my baby from day care. When I got home I called again and guess what! Still busy. We sat down to eat and we couldn’t eat the food. It was Disgusting!!!!The chicken was tough and rubbery, like it was fried again. The rice tasted old and it had no salt and the beans tasted light they were straight out of a can and I’m sure it was. My husband steak was also tough and the breading was burnt and with no flavor. The chicken was $13.95 plus a credit card fee and the steak was $17.33 plus a credit card fee. I could’ve gone to pollo tropical and got two tasty fresh meals for less than $20. Definitely super over priced and very poor quality. I am so disappointed on this place. I am sure they get complaints every day. Never again.

Good late night stop, It was after midnight and business was steady!! Food was good, rice was a little dry for me but good flavor with black beans. So don't get me wrong I ate it, I just perfer mine a little moist. Staff was helpful.
