I’ve never had a terrible experience with Edible Arrangements til I purchased from this location. They delivered the wrong order and I also must mention that the order was melted!!no one knows what they are doing at this location And no one ever bother to call me back!

This is a review on how poorly they treat their delivery drivers. Those who support small businesses - do NOT buy from this location, as this franchise owner charges $14.99 for delivery fee, yet does not pay its drivers adequate money for their effort. As a driver, I had to hound down the owner via several text messages in order to get paid, which shouldn't be the case. Employers should just pay their workers on a timely manner. When Jilani finally replied, after I mentioned the possibility of a lawsuit, he tried to rip me off for the $8 per delivery by paying me one less delivery for the same address (person ordered 2 transactions and thus paid for twice the delivery). What about all the time I spent trying to locate an oddly situated apartment for 15 minutes, AC used, gas, and mileage spent on all the drop-offs?? Unbelievable

One of the worst chocolate covered strawberries over priced for how messy they are. Got some old looking strawberries and the chocolate only covered half the strawberry.

They went above and beyond to deliver my arrangement that same day despite ordering very late in the day. Although drivers were no longer there, an associate was nice enough to call me immediately after they received my order and told me they would try their very best to deliver past their hours. He called me back a few minutes after and confirmed that my order would be delivered within the next hour! What a way to go above and beyond for customers. I will continue to order from this particular store, but I will keep in mind their hours.
