10/28/21 on my lunch break.. ordered a cobsalad, went in line waiting for my order and 9 people behind my order has been picked their food, not me. Ask one of the associate what happened and I have been waiting for too long.. the associate turned to me and said: I know, is not out yet.. Then again, I said.. more than 9 people got their food and I am still waiting.. plz I need a manager to return my money.. Comes a manager, all she could tell me was, they only have a chicken nuggets?!?! Sorry u r hungry, but w will return ur money. Poor service , poor management

Kat was fantastic. I was walking around the food court trying to decide where my couple dollars for a soda was going to go. We recently moved here from Minneapolis and we do not have Chick-fil-A in our malls that I know of. Just standalone brick and mortar stores. I was greeted by Kay with the same enthusiasm that I get in a brick and mortar store. Kat and her crew are awesome. Thanks for the soda RJ Feist
