I have been coming to this store for years. Excellent quality & fair prices. I go at least once every two weeks. What I dislike, is the way management ignores the resellers that hover by the doors to get the best deals as soon as the merchandise comes out in carts. Apparently someone is getting a cut $$ from this. The same people stand by both doors to take the best merchandise. Although they say over the loud speakers not to take anything from carts.. This group of maybe 8-10 ppl are there everyday, pulling merchandise from carts & employees allow this to happen. It’s also a safety issue, the same ppl graving out of carts as the carts are moving. Either there are rules, or no rules. Who’s getting the kick back? Most people may do not complaint about this, but are aware this is happening. It’s a direct reflection poor management / unprofessional business practice. FYI

My first time here and last time. As a Caucasian it's not just AA people that are being discriminated against! I was shopping around for an hour then the clock hit 5:58! There was an associate there that I asked the price on glassware I was going to buy. She said the price then said, but you have to leave, we are closed! I looked around the clock it was 5:58. I looked around, the store was still full and people were walking around so I walked to look at another item and the security guard chased me down and said they were closed. I said I'm just looking at the price. He was ready to put his hands on me and escort me out ! I was already about to leave but didn't understand why they targeted the one girl just browsing when there were so many other people still in the store. I think it sets off alarms for them if you are empty handed and close to the items near entrance. They must've thought I just walked in or something, but still ridiculous. Also, the pricing on things is ridiculous. They try to sell fake designer bags! You can buy the REAL designer bag at Ross or Marshall's next door for the same $50 or $70 price tag. The glassware are $2 and up! You can buy the same at the dollar tree! The other items are ridiculous and gross. The majority of stuff in the store is overpriced considering the quality. The books for example, cannot even be resold because all the good ones are taken. What's left over is books that would normally sell online for $8 tops. I'm sure there's probably some items that might be worth it but it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. The only good thing I have to say is that a male associate asked if I needed help while I was looking at furniture. That's the one star, you get.

Stood in line for 45 minutes to buy some shorts. When we got to the counter I was told they couldn’t sell them to me because the tag had fallen off. I explained that it fell off on line and showed another pair of shorts with the same price. Even though all of the shorts in the store are the same price they wouldn’t sell them to us. We also had another item that didn’t have a price and we’re told it would be a couple days before they can get a price on it. We asked the supervisor and she basically told us to screw off. They didn’t try to resolve the situation or help at all. After about two hours in the store I walked out empty handed

The line is usually an hour or TWO HOURS long holdup. therefore, it's useful to remember that check-out is CASH ONLY. nevertheless, only shop here if you are extremely desperate. The last time visiting the store they accused me of changing the tags on merchandise and refused to sell me the items. Quite obviously they assumed criminal solely because I'm a black male. How petty of them to presume anyone would be so hopeless to scam a thrift store for 2 or 3 Dollars, smh. BTW they only take cash and I had already paid for the ATM, so now I was very upset after waiting in their awfully long line, *only to be racially profiled. Next, the manager gets a marker and raises /Changes the prices to nearly retail prices to spite me or make me pay for what they were accusing me of. they even had security called for a set of $5 knee pads; the pettiness blows my mind. I felt so disrespected. It's the idea that they assumed I would goto to a thrift shop to steal. Hialeah is SUPER RACIST. Red, White and Blue thrift store should be avoided.

The variety in sizes is what I like and yes, you can spend a lot of money in that store
In my experience, the only thing to do is search and search because there are always very good prices, not all items are suitable, I have found new things and some almost new ones for a few dollars. And I also think that the day and time are important, first thing is more and on Monday too.
Yes, you have to go personally. Greetings.
Have no idea about what your talking about but they have video game thier
Yes, as is ... Used clothes at high prices, few opportunities. It is much better to buy at Ross.
Clerk s are corrupt.save cameras and laptops for friends as md then sell items that others ask to hold to others.
Going in person might be the best, but I really don't know ..! I think "cronyism" is the only thing that works! I have taken many including my Mrs. and they never need employees without you just talking! But you don't lose anything by going! Apart from that there are more such stores!
Therefore, be an informed consumer!
Normally on Wednesdays (the times that I have gone on Wednesdays have the discount)
This is not a Salvation Army store
It is open today, not on January 1st
Nooo, u can donated to them. Or sell your own clothes and shoes on the front of ur house, make a garage sale, clean your house of the unwanted objects.
I know they have a collection center for donations but you will have to call or go to a store to ask for information or look at their website to see if the information you are looking for comes out.
They should close a little earlier than normal hours. You can Google the hours for today.
I'm out here and it seems like they won't open today ... good morning Elena
César Alaminos you must go to the store, there are many second things, you never know what you can find. Greetings.
So is there always a certain color tag of items on sale? How do I know which color on what day?
