This is not the fault of the staff! Quest, being part of the gross capitalist healthcare system, is scheduling 4 people for the same appointment time, and understaffing their clinics. From what I understand, this is the case in every location, and this location is supposed to be one of the best. I’m listening to people call in late for work and the hallway is full of people sitting on the floor waiting for well over an hour. So, not only do they spend money on insurance (if they have it) and copays, they miss work and possibly exacerbate chronic pain and illness from standing or sitting on the floor. PLUS while only six can be in the waiting room, 20 are in the hall. So much for Covid precautions, Quest. I have to get my blood drawn at least every three months. I guess I will try my luck with LabCorp next time, though my guess is that it’s no different. Too bad the people who are in charge of monitoring our health are only interested in growing their own personal wealth.

I had to get my blood drawn which I hate doing but I saw Jose Aka Jay. I was still Super nervous but Jay was talking to me the whole time and he was so nice and it calmed to my nerves a bit. I definitely needed a distraction and he provided that so I was grateful. I didn’t even have to ask which the best part. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with a technician honestly. It was quick process it only took about 15-20 minutes.

I dont really recomend this pleace because , one girl name Allu , she didnt help me to applied shes from like Russan . She said I cant applied because my income has to be $3700 or less to apply. She looks like racist. The receptinost was very professional. But except this wowan, but I saw some of the the same race, and they treat fast and i think its race. The enviroment its good so far. But i am a person that observe everything . And she tell her but she didnt tell me the last name, im a lttle worried because the lady didnt try to help me , for my opinion is because im a spanish lady🙃

Nearly an HOUR just to drop off a sample? I got a number, 12, there was already someone in line for 11, and then the guy who came in next got 13. They helped Mr. 13 first because that was "just a urine sample" but I just had to drop off an already prepped sample? And the guy already there "just needed a covid test"? Not sure if there was something wrong with their system or what but they really need a separate area for people just coming to drop samples off. Not sure if the other Quest locations are better but this one was just terrible.
