We began dry docking our boat at this marina approximately 10 months ago. Although the staff can be amazingly attentive, the boat lift has caused bottom damage three times. It was repaired by the marina on two occasions but then a third instance has left us with the only option of leaving the marina. The boat also gets filthy when in dry dockage at this location and they rarely remember to “pull the plug” when the boat has been returned after closing causing the boat to fill with water on two occasions such that we return early in the morning to pull it when they get there to start their shift. I do not recommend this marina for dry dockage. The Manager just responded to Randy, my husband, who has been very kindly requesting assistance about the new damage to our boat. The manager has been nothing but rude and belligerent which is why I posted this review. He is rude and belligerent in his response below as well and has no reason to disparage another company. As I said, MY experience with this marina has been negative from the beginning … filthy boat every time we had it placed in the water. Filthy area as well. Guys who work there are nice and apologized always for the dirt and grime. It’s just so unpleasant to have to fully clean your boat every time you step into it after having cleaned it to be put up on the racks. Hull scraped and damage down to the fiberglass on three occasions makes for a negative review. My husband was always kind and respectful because the location is so convenient for us. I, on the other hand, have been uncomfortable with our boat handling since day one! We will clearly find a better spot so that boating can again be enjoyable.

This is the worst marina ever! Your boat and your family are not safe here! We will NEVER be back after the most horrifying experience of our lives.

Marina damaged the hull on my 38’ ZSF and won’t take accountability, have other professional opinions (Licensed operators) stating that neglect is the cause of the damage. Grove harbor management has told me to kick rocks! Take your business elsewhere, I wish I did.

MARINA IS TERRIBLE Damaged my boat with the forklift and basically told me to take a hike. I understand Tony’s Job is to keep money in the business but everyone should know your investment IS NOT SAFE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
