Went this afternoon to get tonights dinner..I had a coupon for 10 mixed peaces with 2sides...the picture on the coupon showed breasts. The young lady said WE DON'T HAVE BREASTS..I said excuse me you said you don't have any breasts. Her remark they don't come with that coupon..She hadn't even seen or heard the coupon number. So I agreed to get it anyway...the chicken was burned hard to eat Rice was so dry it was hard to swollow...I used to love Poppies but the Whitter one should close....bad bad bad.

Walked in to place an order and was welcomed right away. It was very busy but very clean my tenders were nice and fresh. Management has definitely changed by the energy I felt, new friendly faces 👍.

I used to love Popeye's when it just came out the one closest wasn't close what so ever , but the location now by me. This. Is to leave so much to be desired the prices not to mention for the portions you receive. There's more packaging than fries, I'm willing to pay for good food but to have to be not even greeted. I felt like I forgot to brush my teeth or something maybe didn't put deodorant on because the looks of disgust and side eye I got this last time. Made me just not desire to come back, it's a choice where we are served and or spend our money , customer service is something that employers and employees have chosen to forget , but we haven't and if I decide to come at least a fake smile but yest 60 dollar's for a 16 piece and fries on the side isn't for me. Not for no chicken ... Thank you kindly

The food was not good at all. I went all the way to Whittier hoping to get a good meal. I could have went to the closest Popeye's for horrible chicken. It is hard to find a Popeye's with good chicken. This is so disappointing. I got a 8 pc meal and I got 1 breast, 3 thighs, 3 wings and 1 leg. The beans and rice were like watered-down. The biscuits were hard. I went at around 10:30 am. You would think that everything would be fresh. Tasted like yesterday's leftovers. I will have to find another fried chicken spot.
