Tops, Derby, NY, Very poor fresh vegetable section. Specials are often worse. I'm a summer resident and it's been like this for at least two years. Often breads are at or near to use by date. This week the hot dog buns on sale were completely squashed and unusable. We feel trapped because there are no other grocery stores in Derby. The Hamburg Tops is completely top notch. Staff and management just shrug the issues off. Check out staff are nice.

I couldn't find a soda I needed but at least I did get something there and it was great shopping there it was always great shopping at tops

It's normal for stores to move stuff around.This store is ridiculous! Can't really find what you want.Some workers are nice & friendly others not so much. I only go here cause it's 2 miles from my house. I would rather go to Aldis in Blasdell.

Love love love this place! We jokingly refer to it as the shrine because of its' size and variety. We often take the 20 mile ride even though we live close to four other Tops stores.
