My fiance and I stop in here after almost everyone of our baby appointments and I have never been more disappointed. As a former employee at this store this past visit was a major let down. We ordered frier food and sandwiches. Not only did our order take 25 minutes till it was completed, but they didn't put the Chilli on my man's hot dogs and the frier girl was struggling to even keep up. The general manager was working in the kitchen with her employees and failed to offer any type of assistance to the struggling employee. Our sandwiches sat on the line for 15 minutes before our frier order was finished, at this point I watched the girl pull up our order 4 different times alone. They did resolve the chili for my man and Megan was amazing enough to get him a fresh pan from the back. She was the only one I felt putting in the effort. Way to go Megan.

Ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and provolone cheese what I got was a hardly grilled bread with provolone that tasted sour it was absolutely disgusting …. As you can see it’s a few days later and no response from the higher ups at this place. That should tell you what they think about the customer

Called to ask where the rest of my pretzal was, and why was more than half of my cheese from my pizza squished against the top. The Manger “ Spencer “ was completely rude to my girlfriend and I. He should be cleaning the bathrooms than be the manager.

Ordered the app sampler and a side of fries. Cup of fries were completely cold like they were left out of another order and I got them. The sampler was missing the mozzarella sticks also. 0 sauce came with the order as usual. Horrible management there since the girl at the sheets looked like she was working by herself also. Good job guys. Ruin another business by not caring.
