This place blows. Been there twice and it’s taken over 30 minutes to get a small order of wings each time. Keep in mind this is when no one else is in the store. The staff is really rude and never on task. They are always walking in and out of the store or on their phone. Their soda machine was broken and they didn’t even think to give us a cup of water until we asked them. The staff is always beefing with some customers as well. Place is also dirty. No trash cans throughout the entire place leads to the tables being dirty often times. Just don’t go here

I totally understand super bowl being overwhelming for a wingstop... but it does not mean customer service and professionalism can't be kept. I had to return a few times to pick up wings I ordered with time and just kept being pushed back an hour. When I finally just stayed and said I'd wait I was spoken to with attitude as were other customers by what seemed to be a manager. Then I noticed that, had I waited on my first attempt I would have received my food earlier because the staff gave up on the orders that were placed ahead and serviced many that were simply there. Disappointing experience but will try again on a non super bowl night. Maybe they can plan better for the next one... take pre order only maybe with notice?

The chicken is really good. But those fries are hella Weak!!! No crunch to it at all..Almost taste like your biting into a peeled potato 🥔 If you’re ordering off of Doordash don’t expect to get everything you asked for in your order either. First time I ordered my fries were missing, second time my drink was missing 🤦🏿‍♂️ But the chicken is good

This location ain’t it. I ordered in-store and I waited an HOUR for 2 wings combos. and get this. THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG. I asked for bbq and got Lemon pepper!! After waiting AN HOUR!! My Cajun fries were soggy, burnt and cold, with no seasoning . Not even salt! I took em home and added salt, pepper and oregano or something, and still was inedible. I can’t make this up. I feel bad for the uber driver who was there before me and was still there when I left. Best believe don’t ever do an Uber pick up here as a driver or customer. Wing-Stop do yourself a favor and hire more people, ones who don’t threaten to quit aloud while making food. or close this abomination.
