Very nice. A lot of the sites are permanent. Clean and quiet campground. Boat launch is good. Electric hookup not correctly located on some sites so be sure to bring extra long heavy duty cord so you can reach. Will definitely visit again.

If I could put negative stars I would!! This place and the people there are horrible! I’m 2019 my family had their annual camping trip there and unfortunately my not even 1 year old daughter got sick with an ear infection and respiratory infection so I tried to cancel a couple days before due to it and they REFUSED to give any of our money back so with no help from the camp ground we decided to dispute the charges with our credit card company. Against my advisement my family decided to book there again due to lack of availability everywhere else. (SHOCKER) because the photos I saw the place was nasty, cabins where not clean, the bugs where horrendous, playground was beat down. Nothing for the kids other than a pathetic pool. Anyways, I go to book this year and was successful. Then I go to call for 2 days to adjust my reservation leaving multiple voicemails and emailing multiple times. Finally getting a call back to tell me I have been BANNED from the camp ground. The fact these people can even sleep at night blows my mind. I can’t even go on my families annual camping trip that we have been doing for almost 10 Years and only missed that one in 2019. This is the one thing we do as a whole family for my grandfather and my, myself and our 3 kids will not beable to be there for it.

What a relaxing place! I came here for a weekend girls trip and we got a deluxe cabin. Everything inside was very clean and looked brand new- (remember to bring your own pillows and bedding). Could not believe that they had an in ground pool and hot tub- THAT WAS REALLY CLEAN! You could also walk to the boat launch and enjoy the lake if you wanted too. Overall I couldn't have asked for a more calm place to vacation. (If you by chance forget anything the gas station right next to High banks has everything for cheap).

Depends what your looking to get a cabin with out water was like 115. But it's going to be cheaper if your just getting a spot for a tent
Yes, it depends (i think) but they include a kichten (oven fridge etc), kichten table, some have bathrooms, an upstairs that has beds and a bedroom next to the kitchen. Kinda cramped, but nice. Along with a patio equipped with a picnic table.

Yes the campground and the portion of the lake in ny are on Seneca territory. $25 for a 3 day license and $60 for a year license. You can purchase a reservation license in salamanca or at the Turtle Pit which is only 2 miles from the campground. If you go past the Pennsylvania line you will need a P.A. license

Yes, the boat slips are open and available to purchase for anyone. Spots are not long term.
