Someone's leftover pizza left in our fridge. Large pool with slide was closed on a Friday even though advertised it would be open. Majority of our room outlets didn't work. We've stayed before and it was great but not this time. Front desk was very rude regarding our concerns.

Dirty facility, rude staff, and smelled TERRIBLE. We had to put up a fight with the receptionist to get a refund. Do not recommend!

Loved our stay here! Checkin was wonderful. Staff was professional personable and so upbeat! We wanted to extend our stay and staff quickly made some adjustments to allow us to stay in our own room. Room was great. Super clean! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, baths etc! If we needed anything we just called front desk and in 5 mins our needs were delivered to our door. Bed was super comfortable! The room was truly great! We went to John Harvards 2 nights and it was really good! The skiing was AWESOME. The staff does an amazing job keeping the slopes groomed. This is our second visit here and will definitely be back next year! We love it here! Like I said before everyone goes above and beyond and everyone is super nice and friendly!

Very enjoyable stay. Excellent view off the balcony overlooking the course / slopes. Private pool access is quite nice. Minus 1 star for pool being quite warm, could be more refreshing on a hot day, and for having all the pathways between pools locked by gate. Why? Maybe Covid rules.
