Charles H Leo Law Offices, PA helped me navigate my Worker’s Compensation Claim with a timely settlement agreement reached. I’m forever grateful to Mr. Leo & Angie for walking me though my first WC Claim. You responded to all my questions and was able to get the maximum payout from the Insurance Company. Mr Leo you’re a Rock Star!!!

I highly recommend the offices of Charles H. Leo! I randomly choose Mr. Leo from a sea of attorney's I found online and it was THE right choice! I worked with Angie and she is extremely knowledgeable and sweet. She kept me in the loop and was always available to answer any questions I had. I relied on Mr. Leo's experience, knowledge and expertise. He's been voted a SUPER LAWYER for the past 13 years. I had a couple things going at the same time and I can sum up my experience in one word...VICTORY!! Thank you both for everything!

Mr. Leo and his staff are very professional. Over the course of a very long workers comp case I was offered settlements many times. Instead of going for the quick money he advised me to do what was best for me in the long term. That made all the difference in my case. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family.

Yes, we offer free consultations.
No, when you file a workers’ compensation claim your employer has immunity from being sued directly unless an intentional tort occurs. All benefits are provided through the workers’ compensation insurance provider.
Injured workers are entitled to lost wages if applicable and medical care, to include doctor visits, physical therapy, prescription drugs, hospitalization, testings and travel expenses to and from all doctors appointments.
Your employer will advise you where to go to receive authorized medical care. If you obtain medical treatment on your own with an unauthorized medical provider, workers’ compensation may not be liable for payment.
Thirty days, but injured workers should report any work-related injuries to a supervisor as soon as possible.
