One of the cashier was rude to me as a customer for asking a gift for my birthday’s coupon…like she want to get rid of me. but a beautiful lady who previously helped me to find what I needed assisted me in getting the gift.

While shopping with my daughter today, 2 boys came in with laundry bags, walked over to the perfume area and robbed the store. The ladies seemed unfazed and just kept working as usual. One commented that they have been there before and that’s the usual routine. Meanwhile I’m followed around the store like I’m a thief. Do better. GET SECURITY!! Before someone gets hurt.

Don't waste your time going there. Perhaps this store may have the products one is looking for, and looks nice, but never judge a book by its cover. The lack of customer service and assistance defines this brand and leaves everything to be desired in a shopper's holiday experience.. The Ulta Rewards card purchases do not appear in their system and if one is attempting to return an item, it's significantly marked down in price so you're basically robbed to the point where you get 15% of what you paid for and the store keeps 85%. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful and management needs to retrain themselves and their staff on customer service. If you want a better shopping experience, take a short drive to the Westchester Mall and go to Sephora where there are staff members ready to assist you and get some free samples while you're there as well to try products while shopping the mall in a supportive, customer friendly environment. So yes, this book has a nice colorful cover on the outside but offers gibberish written in coal on the inside. Pass on and save yourself the trouble.
