Good prices, good selection, however, this Citadel outlets location has 2 discount competitive fragrance stores; best practice is to inquire pricing on preferred selection, then check on pricing with other store, ask if store will match competitor store with price match for maximum savings

I would give no stars if i could!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced ! I emailed Customer service regarding my shipping status that had not updated for days! They had me wait 14 days until my standard shipping timeframe was over to provide me no update or resolution and simply say they’re going to refund me for my order with 7-10 days! Absolutely ridiculous!!
