Me and my sister went for lunch and we were the only table besides one other in the whole place and Waited 35 -40 min for two chicken sandwiches, there were 3 tables not cleaned up when we went in and they were still sitting when we left 2 hours later lol

Last Friday 6/17, we came to celebrate my sons pre-k graduation and the experience was horrible. At no fault of the TWO waitresses on a Friday night with a packed house, but solely on management for thinking that would be okay. 30 minutes in we hadnt spoken to a waitress or even gotten drinks. No orders taken by 45 minutes and 20 minutes after placing an order still nothing so we had to leave as my small children were getting antsy. Again, this blame cant be put on the waitstaff because how could anyone think only 2 people could suffice? They were extremely nice and understanding and footed the bill for our drinks. Flash forward to today we placed our to go order for 4 items at 11:01 and by 12:05 it still wasnt done. Get home only to realize every single plate was missing an item. The owner needs to shut down for a few weeks and regroup.

We enjoyed wonderful food and excellent service today at this I-Hop location. Kenneth Morell was our waiter. He was very warm friendlyand professional. He took our order - (memorized the whole order for four of us!) - brought everything quickly and checked on us promptly. We highly recommend visiting this I-Hop.
