Robo's deli is THE BEST all around ! I had never been here until late 2021 when I started working right up the road forgetting to bring my lunch one day. I am boring with my turkey cheese sandwich..but the quality deli meats n cheeses make it superb ! I forget my lunch on purpose now just to have an excuse to come here. Besides never having a less than perfect lunch, every single employee is so personable and kind, i have waitressed and worked in the food industry most of my adult life until the last 6 years or so I know its a difficult business...and these guys have it down to a T. Quality products and customer service👍👍👍 Definetly try one of their many unique specials or your own fav and definetly leave a tip and have them ring the bell_ lol my favorite part_☺

Called ahead for an order. The woman who answered put me on hold (put the phone down on the counter) and then had 10 minutes of conversation with other customers before hanging up on me.

Robos deli has always been a staple of Lagrange for years , Great group of guys working there and they take Pride in their Deli and it shows! Definitely recommend anyone try them out !

Worse place ever. The employees are horrible. Ordered a chicken Parm sub over the phone and as soon as I told him what I wanted, he hung up on me. No asking for a name or goodbye. Get to deli and I have to wait till he's done texting on his phone. Hands me the sandwich and goes back to his phone and when I asked for a small bag, again had to wait for him to put down phone and then he tossed a bag on counter and had me bag my food while he raced to his phone. Not the first time this has happened but I thought maybe that was a one off. If this place wants to stay in business or get more business they need to get rid of these horrible front end people. I've thought about calling the owner but honestly I can't be the only one complaining and maybe he just doesn't care. Won't be going back and will let people know about this place.
