It was my first time inquiring about this place, I stopped by at the location and met Michelle she was wonderful and clearly explained all different options even walked over together to the storage unit to show me and make sure everything was perfect, nice, and clean. would highly recommend!

For the 2nd time that i went to visit the office to make a payment the office was closed in the middle of a working day. Note to make a payment on the phone system its a $10 "Convenience" fee. and $20 if you do the payment with a rep on the phone.

You pay on a moth to month basis so probably the last day of your pay period. You can walk in, the lady there is very helpful, she'll give you all the info u need
