I had the best experience here all thanks to Chris! I came in for a new tire because my psi kept decreasing. Chris found a crack in my rim and recommended a place for me to go and they were great as well! My run flat tire was the best price I’ve ever gotten priced anywhere else and they really care for your cars here!!

First I took my car in November 2021 to check a clicking noise and to check brakes. They said they did Brake System Flush (pads, rotor, wheel alignment , rod end). Total was over $600. Again I took my car back in January 2022 cause noise was still there. Again they did Brake System Flush and charged me another $250 for brake caliper and labor also replaced front brake pads. Supposedly they were done in November (????). I took my car back in this month (May). Same noise they stated I need rear pads and rotors and caliper. And front brake were adjusted and cleaned. This is third time in 5 months and I don’t drive every day. They also stated I needed axle replaced and gave me an estimate of $1,660. I told do not touch my car. While I was on phone I told the guy if he can give me a print out of prior time I was there. He told me they cannot print out receipts. I asked to speak to a manager he told me he was manager. When I went to pick my car up I asked the guy in front if he was the manager and he yes I asked him if he was the one I spoke with on phone. His response was no so I explained to him the person I was speaking with told me he was the manager and I requested a printout and he told me he couldn’t that the system does not let him. I took my car to another auto shop and they checked and told me they did not see anything wrong with the AXLE.!! I don’t think they should try and take advantage of people like this especially a woman

May 9th, 2022 Monday: I had an appointment at 11:00AM. I came to the store at 10:45AM. It’s 11:50AM right now which is 50mins past my appointment time. I told the guy who was at front desk that I had an appointment at 11:00 and you guys did not start work at 11:50. He said if you have appointment at 11:00 doesn’t mean that we will start work at 11!!! If I am paying what is asked then why I have to waste my 50-60 mins just waiting outside? Why you have concept of appointments and reservations if you’re not able to provide proper timing to consumers? Wasting money or time is equivalent. Am I going to get any money off if I am wasting 1 hour of my time? I am paying 100% of amount which is asked by Mavis tires then why am I not getting 100% proper service? Unsatisfied!!! Worst service and response to customer.
