The customer service is absolutely horrible the workers are rude and disrespectful and have no knowledge on proper manners. The worker named Julie cursed at me and the manager had the same disgusting attitude. I am a restaurant owner and this is no way to treat customers very disappointed!

The manager is a piece a of work with his employees as he was really unprofessional one day speaking down to them in front of customers. The employees there are absolutely phenomenal and hard workers. I did call corporate to report the manager a day later. I recently went there and he still working. I have no clue how he's still able to work at this Popeyes after the showdown went down in front of the customers a month ago but overall the Popeyes here is good.

The Worst Popeyes I have ever been at !!!!! OMG. For lent I get the spicy Fish sandwich. It was not only not good. It was gross. I have had it 2 other times from other Popeyes and it was very good. So spicy good I have to say. But at this Popeyes. It wasn’t spicy. It was plain gross !!!!!!!!! Look at picture. No sauce on sandwich. It was dry,old and the oil it was cooked in must of been dirty and old. We also got the pop corn shrimp. Tasted bitter. Again. Clean your oil. SO DISAPPOINTED!

I live in MA and avoid Popeyes at all costs. However, I came to NJ and decided to give it another try. I saw they had macaroni and cheese, so I got a 5-piece tender and a large mac. The tenders were crispy and juicy, I get spicy with sweat heat. Now for the best part, the mac tasted like someone's grandmother was throwing down on a Sunday morning after church. I went back for it several times during my stay. The chicken is take or leave depending on the cook but the MAC is heavenly.
