My boyfriend and I go to the smoke shop regularly because I live in northwest jersey and my boyfriend lives in mahwah; very close to this vape shop. I'm not familiar with the area but I'd highly recommend driving a little further on the high way to Puff city. I use disposable vaporizers and every time I purchase one from goood guys in waldwick.,either the coil burns out before I use all the juice; I ask for no menthol and get menthol. Or I tell them I don't drive and need one that I can recharge and then after I get home and open it I come to find out I can't recharge it. We are regulars in the computer and we are looking into other vape shops besides puff city that is as good. Puff City carries the best disposable brand-Hyde!

Walked into Good Guy Vapes today at around 2:15 looking for some assistance. I was going to buy some CBD gummies and possibly a vape. When I asked if they carried Lava he said no, and his tone seemed annoyed. When I asked if he had something similar he said I have no idea, I have what I have. Least helpful person I ever experienced. Nasty too. It struck me as odd because the place was empty. I didn't even ask about the CBD gummies because I was so put off by his tone I just thanked him ( I should not have thanked him. HE WAS NOT NICE) and walked out. The owner is not doing his business any favors by employing this guy. I was a repeat customer. Will never buy anything from this place again. Fire him!

With shipping so crazy nowadays I took a walk to my local brick and mortar. I was greeted with courtesy and respect at the counter, and even though it was closing time I did not feel rushed at all. The staff was attentive to my every question, which I had many, and I was in and out in ten minutes. Afterward, I unboxed everything and it has immediately well exceeding all of my expectations and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you

Great product selection and incredible customer service. I went in with zero knowledge, and left with a new setup and great experience! The store manager Kyle took the time to explain things in a friendly, and easy to understand manner. He patiently answered all my questions, and made sure I left the store with knowledge and confidence in my purchase. Can easily recommend both newcomers and enthusiasts alike to check out the Waldwick location. I'll most definitely be back for all my future needs.
