For the 3rd time in less than 2 months I've had to wait in an excessively long line from the door to the pharmacy counter. The prescription that was called in over 2 hours ago only to be told I have to go back out and wait 15 minutes more and then get in line again. Either hire additional help or re vamp your process.

I had a telehealth visit and they sent my prescription in. Over 4 hours later it wasn't ready and I had to leave to go out of town. I asked to transfer it to a CVS by where I was going and they told me to go to another register. I did and that lady told me they couldn't do it. I called a pharmacy by where I was going for the weekend and they kept apologizing because ELKTON CVS DELETED my prescription completely out of their system!! Worst customer service of any pharmacy!!!

Needed my prescription that I have to take everyday since May 4th, it is now the 8th! If its out of stock, please call another pharmacy for me. Now they are closed today, Mothers Day, so I wait another day. Also, I was on hold for 20 minutes then got disconnected!!

On the day I went there was noone at the register, and there 4 people in line. I wasn't there to drop off or pick up a prescription. I was there because. I needed to reload. I normally go to Walgreens. After standing in line for about 15minutes, she tells me there is a fee. I left out the store. What normally takes less then 5 minutes took 20 and no results. Off to Walgreens I went. The service there is much more welcoming.
