I loved getting my DOT physical done here. Super easy and comfortable. My nurse was extremely sweet and kind, which helped me pass my blood pressure reading the first time. I have high blood pressure and being uncomfortable usually makes it higher the first time. There weren't any extra tests like lifting weights, doing squats or pushups. I was in and out fairly quickly even though I asked a lot of questions to better my help and my nurse was more than happy to help me. me.

Usually we don't have a problem with this location but today the woman at the front desk was kind of rude. We arrived during their lunch hour (which I was aware of) and UPS showed up and asked me since no one was in the office if I could just let them know that they had some packages and that he was leaving them under the desk. I said ok I would let them know. When the front desk clerk arrived she didn't greet us or anything but I did inform her of the packages and I got no response (no thank you or anything). She literally didn't even acknowledge that she heard me. Other patients started to come in and she did greet them but not us. She literally didn't say a word to us until should told us our wait would be longer than expected (about an hour longer than we were quoted among sign in). Which I said that's fine bc we didn't have an appointment and since we only live like 5 mins away we could just leave and come back. All in all I like this clinic but this was the first time I felt uncomfortable bc of an employee. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I was there with my 7 seven year old and she asked me "if we had done something wrong bc that lady seemed mad at us". Edit: I talked to a family friend and she said she knew exactly who I was talking about and that she had a similar experience so I guess it wasn't a bad day kind of thing

Came here to get a TB skin test, I dont understand why you have to pay twice I get once to administer the dose/test but why to read it, when all you do is look at the arm and sign a piece of paper. Kinda ridiculous

My wife and I had to be tested for Covid. They squeezed us both in and did a thorough exam and answered all questions. While the isn’t pleasant staff was fantastic at administering the test.
