Checked in online, & had extra person walked in and got rite in. I have always liked the Jefferson City, Great Clips over Morristown. Seems employees care more & u leave out with way better haircut and employees that listen to what u want & they attempt to do there best. I didn't leave exactly to what I went for but for great clips my stylist did a good job plus it had been 4 months since I got to get my hair cut so it was just a pleasure just to get it cut and feel human again. I would highly suggest Jefferson City over Morristown, Great Clips any day!

asked her to keep as much length as possible but understood that you'll have to cut some off... when you ask if I want to cut my hair above the brow line I assume you mean take the half inch of hair in my eyes and cut it at the eye brow to get hair out of my eyes, but she cuts half inch above the brows like huhh??

Melissa or Melinda, not sure, gave me a great cut. She stayed focused on my cut rather than being distracted by my chatter or others going on around her. For me, that was professionalism. Place is clean and run efficiently. She was also courteous enough to put on a mask to respect my wishes without my having to ask.
