Great venue to hold a wedding or have a party. Very large barn surrounded by fire pit, Cornhole, and restrooms close by. Plenty of room outside of the barn to hold activities also.

Cute but no bathroom... There was a trailer porta potty for the wedding guests. Don't get me wrong, it was the nicest porta potty I've ever used! The trailer was behind bushes though so it was pitch black and pretty scary going to the bathroom alone. Loved the fire pit.

What happens when an uninvited guest (Hurricane Florence) shows up at your wedding? You throw a bigger party!! Thank goodness the kind and wonderful folks at the Cotton Gin were just as adventurous as my wife and I. Our wedding was fantastic, fun, and fabulous! Even with a brief power outage, the party still went on thanks to a power generator. Seeing the Cotton Gin crew standing outside in the rain directing our wedding guests to closer parking areas, was a humbling moment for both of us. We cannot say enough good things about Bonnie and her husband. They made us feel like royalty even in the storm.
