We paid $16 for the platter (platter in picture) that is supposedly suppose to serve 4. You barely saw anyone sanitizing and wiping tables down. The lady that took our order was proficient with her duties so that’s good…. It felt so wack here. Worst experience.

Maybe 2 games out the whole place worked. The two that did work gave out zero tickets even though it said my child won. Can't take pictures because the machine is out of paper. The other machine just plain out didn't take the picture. This place is horrible I would not recommend to anybody. This place has went down we use to take our other daughter a lot but this is just awful. Had to spend 45 min just walking around because most of the games didn't work. Wish I could give 0 stars. Drove in from out of town for nothing. Thanks for the awful experience will NOT be back ever!

About a month ago I gave this location a 1 star review. My child wanted to go back so I gave it another shot. What a turn around a month makes. All the machines work, new carpet, And fully staffed. My child had a great time, looking to come back again!

Place was clean and well taken care of. Staff were polite and friendly and were on the game. Got to be honest I know the job because I have worked in the family fun industry arcades,food,keeping kids happy. And like most of these places there are way to many people for the amount of staff on duty but like the majority of places like this the staff pulled it off to the best of there ability. Not just front of house but kitchen and janitorial crews to. They did and do there best with what they have to work with. Honestly would have given more stars but its still chuck e cheese nothing to different from the other chains of chuck e cheese restaurants that I have been to a hundred times. Over all good experience. Hard working staff. Friendly environment with a quality facility
