New to Lodi and needed a notary. Read reviews from entitled customers demanding free tape and thought if that's only reason to give 1 star how sad. Buy your own tape, and quit arguing about it. Re Notary Service, it was simple. There were 3 customers in the store and 2 of us needed a notary. Was surprised to have 2 notaries on hand so each of us had been helped at same time. Very efficient. Zach was quick and have zero complaints.

If I would have taken the time to review the Lodi UPS Store before it’s new ownership and management, it would have been full of complaints. I used to absolutely dread going there; so much so that I would miss the return window on some of my Amazon purchases! But since the transition, I’ve been one happy customer. The place is always extremely clean, has a virtually nonexistent line, the Staff is friendly and helpful, and I’m in and out of there in less than five minutes. I’m so glad to have this asset in our area!

I’m very disappointed with the service at this UPS store right now. I’ve had a mailbox with them for over 5 years and this is the 2nd time all my mail and my packages have been given to someone else. Last time, I just let it go, because it was only a $30 item. But this time I purchased a $150 Apple TV device and there was a bag with 4 very important prescriptions that I take daily for 15 years in it. I’m also missing my bank statement and my last paycheck stub. The thing that really bothers me the most is that they take NO responsibility for giving my things to someone else. They tried to say I came in and got them , when I didn’t. Now I’m having a hard time getting my prescriptions because they were very expensive and the doctor doesn’t understand how that could happen. I may run out before they reapprove for me to get them replaced. I work 60 hours a week and I need a safe place for my packages to be sent to and I pay alot of money for this REAL address for a long time now. So I am very disappointed. I no longer trust this company.

The new team is fast, professional and so polite! It's like night and day compared to the way things were before the remodel. Even the new look of the store is bright and inviting and they keep their doors open during business hours so it never gets stuffy inside. Love it!
