Dino suffered through my fickle and long winded shoe shopping method like a champion customer service professional. One of the most easy-going and knowledgeable of his kind, he showed me almost two dozen pairs (plus back and forths) over the course of almost 3 hours without giving off the slightest air of impatience or irritation. As usual, they can fix a pair of largely destroyed Birkies - replace the cork and the sole, at a good price. Lots of lovely leather goods - shoes, of course (Birkies, SAS, Minnetonka, UGG...), tool belts, bags, etc. And leather cleaners and dye and oil and everything you could think of for tending leather. It's a fun place to browse and a great place to buy.
