The ladies working up front are fine, but after that this place is terrible. The Manager is the worst and is teaching his mechanics to be just as terrible as he is. My cable I had replaced broke on the first try, I took it back and they said once it leaves the shop, the problem is not there problem. Found out that they never started it to see if it worked. Alert, stay away from this place at all cause. I take my 1 srar back, they deserve zero stars.

They will cheat you. I took my mower there on dec 8 was charged 660.00 for things i did not think i needed i paid in cash. I came back july 16 it was hard to start. After 530.00 of work they they also supposedly did in dec. I am told i need a new engine 750.00. He then shows me a modified dec 8 receipt saying i only paid 360.00 I say someone stole 300.00. Give me my mower i pay the 530.00 they bring my mower out smoking like hell something it was not doing when i brought it there. I get home and see they did not put the oil cover bolt back on and left a damaged gasket so all he oil will shoot out and ceize my engine. When i confront them andre tell me it was my fault. Invoice 61625 hope the owner responds.

I was very impressed at the customer service at first. Seemed knowing that I was going to get the correct part, at the same time saying that it fits all models. Well the part came in wrong and they charged me a special order fee. They sold me the wrong part! I had my manual at the time and they told me that it superseded. The part came in wrong and had the part in stock the whole time. Never got a refund on the fee...and the part was more expensive. Never doing business again with this company.

I’ve been going to this place for 19 years. I just Paid $140 for a machine that doesn’t work. The Tech informed me that I also needed an air compressor after the Carburetor was fixed and I asked how much?? This guy said $1,200, but he can get me one for $350. The freaking machine was $650 brand new!!! I don’t trust this place. Stuff is everywhere and unorganized. I can definitely see this raggedy place closing down.
