Once again the Lathrop UPS office is playing games with my packages. No door tag and yet they say they attempted delivery, then saying they don't know my hours which are posted on the front door. And when I call the main UPS they transfer me to the Lathrop UPS office and they give me stories that they didn't know my hours, yet if they had really attempted to deliver they would see the hours in big bold white lettering. Then the lady at UPS plays games after talking to me for 10 minutes that she can't hear me and hangs up. What is wrong with this company. This is not the first time UPS has cost my sales in my business.

Security was not the best in relaying of information. Came back at the appropriate time for will call pick up checked in with Kimberly she was extremely helpful and gave me all kinds of information that I did not have in order to retrieve my packages the gentleman in the lobby who actually brought the packages out he was also very helpful and knowledgeable in checking for some additional details on one of my missing packages

I'm embarrassed for UPS - My package is 2 days overdue and has been lost/not scanned by this site since 12/29. I was supposed to have the package yesterday, January 5th. Delivery was time sensitive and I can't get a human being anywhere at UPS. Even tried the corporate number and it sends you back to the non human line. Can't get an agent to save my life. I'll be filing a claim.

You can go to warehouse and speak to the people in the office. It is in the FRONT of the building on the far RIGHT corner by the shubbery. youll have to park in the parking lot. Walk thru rod iron gates on the LEFT side opening...and walk to the far RIGHT front of the building

Ontario ships to Lathrop. Lathrop is the Hub they will send it to San Jose from there. Hope that helps

no, you need to apply online. Right now they are not hiring, all of the holiday workers just got let go. when more volume picks up then they will rehire the holiday crew first before they look at the online apps.
