Good pizza, part of the little star chain. Place has a nice ambience also, I liked the brick wall interior. While the deep dish pizza is great, the green goddess salad was extremely underwhelming - giant chunks of leaf that didn't lend themselves to being eaten as a salad, and little else in terms of flavor or texture.

A crust to behold, made with cornmeal, becomes crispy and may well be the finest pizza crust I’ve encountered. Just look at the picture. The tomatoes are as whole as they can be and still be considered sauce and the seasoning is perfect. The arugula salad was also a real treat, fresh and delightful.

OMG there was literally NOTHING I didn't enjoy there from our waiter, to our gem caesar salad, our custom deep dish pizza, my wine & his whiskey drink, EVERYTHING was soooooooooo delicious 🤤 definitely found our new pizza place 😊😋

The Star is a very picturesque restaurant. The deep dish is unique though may not be your favorite if you like bread stick bread as crust. I also had a good drink there with a friend. Couldn't give it a higher review. The long lines in the evening are justified
