Manager Tina Murphy and Customer Service Employee Demetrius, are both the most rude and confrontational public service workers I have ever encountered. This is the second time I've experience this. Both times were at this uhaul dealer. I am done using uhaul. There are too many others out there with a standard of customer service who at least speak respectfully to the customers. They talk to you like you are a dog, here. Done with Uhaul forever and I will be posting my experience on social Facebook and IG!

This place is extremely unorganized. I’ve talked to multiple people at this location who told me I wasn’t in their system even though I was actively renting a storage unit with them. The woman is so unhelpful and unable to do her job.

I've been a loyal customer for a few years and all for nothing. Every year the charge more so with the same amount of space. My contract has not changed but it makes no sense to charge more the longer you stay. If anything a discount should be given.

Yes one way! I moved from Woodlawn MD to Philadelphia PA! I wouldn't be able have peace of mind! They have insurance to protect you! 👍
Talk to the manager, work something out. Don't let that go past 30 days. If you want to keep your stuff, please find a way. Your stuff WILL be auctioned off. You can bid on your own stuff, but that is crazy. My ex used to work for a furniture company that got everything from auctions. That's not just a TV show. It's in your contract.
